DC AGENTS AWARDED TOP HONORS BY PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

SEVERNA PARK, MD. --Three Prudential Carruthers REALTORS® sales associates were named winners of the "Top Dollar Sales Production" award for the District of Columbia within the Mid-Atlantic region of The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. The award winners were: first place, John Smith, of the Capitol Hill office, second place, Judi Seiden, also of the Capitol Hill office, and third place, Valerie Blake, of the Uptown office.

The award is presented quarterly to the top three Prudential Real Estate sales associates in each region with the highest residential sales volume.

Winners of the "Top Closed Residential Units" award for the District of Columbia were: first place, John Smith, Capitol Hill office, second place, Valerie Blake, Uptown office, and third place, Brandon Green, also of the Uptown office.

This award is presented quarterly to the top three associates with the highest number of closed residential units.
