Not only could our sales professionals assist us in identifying quality, like minded individuals interested in joining our team, but they also could receive substantial financial rewards for assisting in our growth. From these ideas our new TeamBuilder program was born.

With TeamBuilder, our sales professionals who participate in the growth of our company will have the opportunity to receive:

• 1% bonus on recruits GCI for life
• 2.5% bonus on sales professionals own GCI for 1 year for productive recruits
• Earn bonuses on more than one person with no limit
• Bonuses paid quarterly
• Bonuses count towards earned income for commission level determination under sales associate's commission schedule
